Service Cancellation

For styling services and consultations, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds for styling services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.

Personal Shopping Returns

Items purchased through our personal shopping service are subject to the return policies of the individual retailers. We will assist you with the return process, but final return eligibility is determined by the retailer's policies.
